Ingine.app is an AI-powered video creation platform that allows users to generate, edit, and publish videos using artificial intelligence. The Service includes script generation, text-to-speech, image generation, video assembly, and publishing tools.
You must create an account to use the Service. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must provide accurate, current information during registration.
The Service operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when generating scripts, audio, images, and video clips. Credit costs vary by feature and quality tier. Purchased credits are non-transferable. Pricing and credit costs are subject to change with reasonable notice.
You retain ownership of the content you create using the Service, including scripts you write and videos you generate. You grant Ingine.app a limited license to process, store, and deliver your content as necessary to provide the Service.

Content generated by our AI tools may not always be accurate, complete, or suitable for your purposes. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying all AI-generated content before publishing or distributing it.
The Service integrates with third-party platforms (YouTube, Instagram, etc.) for publishing. Your use of those platforms is subject to their respective terms of service. Ingine.app is not responsible for third-party service availability or policies.
We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance, updates, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ingine.app shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding 12 months.
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the Service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
