• Content data: Topics, scripts, and configuration choices you provide when creating videos.
• Generated content: AI-generated scripts, images, audio, and videos created through the Service.
• Usage data: How you interact with the Service, including features used, credits consumed, and video performance analytics.
• Payment information: Billing details processed securely through Dodo Payments. We do not store your full payment card details.

2. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
• Process your video generation requests
• Manage your account and credit balance
• Send service-related notifications (e.g., video completion, low credits)
• Analyze usage patterns to improve the product
• Prevent fraud and enforce our Terms of Service

3. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on secure cloud infrastructure including Google Cloud Platform and Neon (PostgreSQL). Generated media files are stored in Google Cloud Storage. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit (TLS) and at rest. Access to user data is restricted to authorized personnel only.

4. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services to operate:

• Google OAuth: Authentication
• Dodo Payments: Payment processing
• Google Cloud: Media storage and processing
• ElevenLabs / OpenAI: Text-to-speech generation
• Wavespeed: AI image and video generation
• YouTube / Instagram APIs: Video publishing (only with your explicit authorization)

Each third-party service has its own privacy policy governing their handling of your data.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only as necessary to provide the Service (e.g., sending text to AI providers for generation), to comply with legal obligations, or to protect our rights and safety.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Generated media files are stored for the lifetime of the associated project. When you delete a project or your account, associated data is removed within 30 days.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access and download your personal data
• Correct inaccurate information
• Delete your account and associated data
• Opt out of non-essential communications
• Request information about how your data is processed

8. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies.

The Service is not intended for users under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
