Refund Policy

Credit Purchases

Ingine.app operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed when you use AI features such as script generation, text-to-speech, image creation, and video assembly. Credits are purchased in advance and are non-refundable once used.

When Refunds Are Available

We offer refunds in the following situations:

  • Technical failures: If the Service fails to deliver a generated asset (e.g., a video fails to assemble due to a platform error), the credits for that specific operation will be refunded to your account automatically.
  • Duplicate charges: If you are charged twice for the same purchase, the duplicate charge will be refunded to your original payment method.
  • Unused credit packs: If you purchased credits and have not used any of them, you may request a full refund within 7 days of purchase.

When Refunds Are Not Available

  • Credits that have already been consumed for generation tasks
  • Dissatisfaction with AI-generated output quality (AI results vary by nature)
  • Account termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Free credits or promotional bonus credits

Subscription Cancellation

If you are on a subscription plan, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. You will retain access to your plan benefits until then. No prorated refunds are issued for partial billing periods.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at hello@ingine.app with your account email and a description of the issue. We aim to respond to all refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed within 5-10 business days.

Changes to This Policy

We reserve the right to update this refund policy. Changes will be communicated through the Service and will apply to purchases made after the update date.
